The AI manager that keeps your prices right, speaks fluent invoice, watches every register, puts your whole store online, brings regulars back, and gets your next store funded.

Red Bull raised your cost 16 cents a can. Retello updated the shelf price from $3.49 to $3.79 at all 3 stores, still 10 cents under Shell. You keep $412 more profit every month.

Retello scans a Core-Mark invoice and reads every line, even with no UPC: "AZ KIWI 23Z 24CT" is AriZona Kiwi Strawberry: 2 cases of 24, so 48 cans at 75 cents each. "MARL GLD KS CTN" is Marlboro Gold Kings, 1 carton of 10 packs at $8.25 each. "TKS FUEGO 9.9Z 6CT" is Takis Fuego, 1 case of 6 bags at $3.19 each. Everything goes straight into your price book.

Last night's cameras recorded 12 hours across 1,204 sales. Retello checked every sale against the footage. Only 14 seconds are worth watching: a no-sale on Register 2 at 8:42 PM, right after a $40 cash sale. Works with the cameras you already have.

Retello puts every item on your shelf, all 1,900, on DoorDash and Uber Eats. Each app price covers the app's fee: Red Bull is $3.49 in store and $4.79 on the apps. Stores like yours add $6,000 a month in new sales.

A text from Downtown Fuel to Maria: "Maria, your Red Bull deal is back." This week's Loop deal: Red Bull 12 oz, 2 for $5, paid for by Red Bull; she just types her number at the register. Maria replies "omw!" Loop texts your regulars deals the brands pay for, and they come back 18% more.

A deposit notification: $250,000.00 from a loan Retello matched you with. Retello sees your store's real numbers and found the best rate it could: 7.9% APR over 10 years, where your bank offered 10.5%. Keys to store number 2. You save $42,410.

It plugs into your register, your invoices, your cameras, the DoorDash and Uber Eats apps, and the brands that pay you.

Nothing new at the counter. Works with Verifone Commander, Gilbarco Passport, NCR Radiant, Clover and Square.

All 1,900 items, with photos and live stock. App prices cover the fees, so every order pays like a counter sale.

+$6,000a month in new sales for a store like yours. About 10 app orders a day.

Example: a store doing $43,000 a week, the U.S. average. The best c‑store delivery programs bring in $8,000–$12,000 a store each month.

Your store has 1,900 items. Retello lists every one, with photos, prices and stock, live on DoorDash and Uber Eats. The apps take a cut, so Retello prices for it: Red Bull is $3.49 on your shelf and $4.79 on the apps, and after the $1.30 fee you still keep $3.49, the same as a sale at your counter. Every item is priced for each app, and new orders come in all day: about $6,000 a month in new sales for a store like yours.

“We bag it. The driver picks it up.

I thought delivery would mean more work for my guys. An order comes in, they pull it off the shelf and bag it. The app prices cover the fees. What I care about is what we keep on the order.”

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Still wondering about something? Talk to a person who's run a store.

Talk to our team
Does Retello work with my POS?

Yes. Retello connects to Verifone Commander, Gilbarco Passport, NCR Radiant, Clover, Square and most c-store back offices. Nothing changes at the register, and your cashiers don't learn anything new.

How long does setup take?

Most operators are live in about a week. We connect your POS, vendors and cameras, then run alongside your current setup until you're comfortable.

Will it change my prices without asking?

Only if you tell it to. You decide which changes it makes on its own and which wait for your approval. Every action is logged and can be undone in one tap.

Do I need new cameras?

No. Retello works with the IP camera systems most stores already have, including Hikvision, Axis and Verkada.

Who packs the delivery orders?

Your staff picks and bags each order, like any counter sale, and the app's driver picks it up. Retello syncs your prices and stock so the apps reflect what you have available.

Does Retello deliver orders?

No. Retello puts your catalog on Uber Eats and DoorDash and keeps prices and stock in sync. The apps and their drivers handle delivery.

Who pays for the deals Loop texts?

Usually the brand. Coca‑Cola, Frito‑Lay, Red Bull and others fund deals on their own products, and Loop suggests the ones they pay for. Your customer types their phone number at the register, the deal comes off, and the brand pays you back. Texts never advertise tobacco, alcohol or lottery.

Do I still need Skupos?

No. Loop replaces it, free with Retello, and your customers and brand programs move over with you.

How does Capital work?

Retello isn't the lender: we connect you with one. We use your store's sales and financial information to help match you with lenders. Compare their rates, fees and monthly payments alongside your bank's offer. Equipment and working-capital lenders can fund within days; SBA loans take a few weeks. You decide whether an offer works for your store.

What does it cost?

One monthly price per store, based on the products you turn on, with no contract to start. Loop is free and replaces Skupos. Your demo includes a quote and an estimate of what Retello would recover for your stores.

Who owns my data?

You do. Export your price book, sales history and reports anytime, in standard formats.
